We perform all-round analysis and inspection, including Plastic Moulding process feasibility and structure movement feasibility. Precise analysis avoids unnecessary repair work and development risks.
After confirming the mold drawing, we start steel preparation, CNC rough machining, EDM, and finishing. All steels used have a long service life, with tolerances managed within +/- 0.01mm.
Testing steps include empty running, high-pressure holding, and high-speed injection. We send the final sample and test video for customer confirmation.
Before delivery, we clean the cavity/core, spray antirust paint, and wrap it with plastic film before placing it into a wooden case or pallet. All accessories and certifications are included.
