What is the guarantee on your products?
We provide a 5-year mechanical guarantee for our hardware products.
What stainless steel grades do you use?
We work primarily with SUS304 and SUS316. Some specific items can also be produced in SUS201 upon request.
Can I request samples before placing an order?
Yes, we offer up to 3 pieces of free samples for evaluation. You would only need to provide a courier account for freight collect.
What are your standard payment terms?
Our accepted payment terms include T/T, D/P, Western Union, and L/C.
