Yes, we provide samples of our standard products for evaluation. Sample lead time is typically 3-7 days. Shipping costs can be deducted from future bulk orders.
Can you produce custom designs and sizes?
Absolutely! OEM and ODM are our core services. Our engineering team can work from your technical drawings or samples to ensure exact specifications.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard products, our MOQ is low, and we accommodate trial orders. For custom items, MOQ depends on specific tooling and processes.
What is your production lead time?
Standard items: 15-25 days after confirmation. Custom items: 20-35 days after sample and detail approval.
What are your payment terms?
Generally, we accept a 30% T/T deposit and balance payment before shipment. Better methods may be available for large orders.
