We utilize middle to high-quality materials and monitor the entire production via QC (Quality Control) and perform a final QA (Quality Assurance) check before shipment.
3. Are samples available and is there a charge?
Free samples are provided for common styles. Special items may require a small sample charge, which is refundable upon placing a formal order.
4. What is the typical lead time for samples and delivery?
Sample production usually takes 7-10 days, while sample delivery typically takes 5-7 days.
5. Can I customize the product with my own logo?
Yes, for orders exceeding 50,000 pieces, we can apply your logo to specific components like the cup or arm cover.
