The parts draft designs are provided by clients. After receiving the initial part designs, we check the details and analyze the plastic raw material. For complicated parts, we prepare a DFM report showing technical details and potential design improvements. This helps clients understand the mould design conception. Most clients prefer us to modify part designs for better mould fitness, saving significant time in production.
Once 3D designs are confirmed, we begin the mould 3D design process. We factor in material shrinkage rates, machine specifications, and standard part requirements. Our designers have 10+ years of experience in configuring completed ejector systems, cooling systems, and runner systems.



1. Steel Procurement: We inspect steel hardness upon delivery to ensure it matches the order specifications. This is the critical first step in mould tooling.
2. Rough Tooling: CNC milling is the primary method. For larger moulds, specialized tooling centers are utilized to increase efficiency.
3. Precise Tooling: Includes high-speed CNC milling, EDM, and EDW. Higher precision requirements use high-speed engraving, ensuring tight tolerances for complex components.
4. Deep Hole Drilling: Used for cooling lines and ejector pin holes to ensure straightness, which is essential for proper mould function.
5. Polishing: For high-gloss finishes, manual polishing is performed to achieve a superior surface quality for home appliance products.
