What are your payment terms?
Typically, we require a 50% down payment in advance, with the remaining balance paid before shipment.

Most moulds are finished within 45 days. However, complex or large-scale moulds may require additional time depending on the design and material requirements.
What is the warranty period for the moulds?
The mould warranty period is 1 year. Wearing parts are provided free of charge during this period (excluding damage caused by human error or accidents).
How do you ensure mould precision?
We use high-precision processing equipment like Sodick mirror EDM and 5-axis machining centers to achieve a precision of +/-0.01mm.
