Can I have a sample order for led light and mirror?
Sure, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
What about the lead time?
It will take 7-10 days to make sample of Mirror. Full order production time is about 40-50 days, depending on the quantity.
Do you have any MOQ limit for orders?
Usually for LED light is 300pcs, for mirror is 200pcs. 1pc for sample checking is available.
Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Do you offer guarantee for the products?
Yes, we offer 2 years warranty to our products.
What kind of certifications are available?
Our products are CE, ROHS, SAA, and IP44 approved among others.
