How long is your delivery time?
Generally, the lead time is 15-30 days. In case of urgent needs, we can prioritize your order to ensure faster delivery.
Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
Yes, all approval samples are provided free of charge.
What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
Any ideas or samples are accepted. Our R&D department is capable of converting them into approval drawings and then proceeding to sample and mass production.
What are your payment terms?
We accept various payment methods including T/T, L/C, and D/P.
Can you accept customized orders and add our logo?
Yes, we specialize in customized products and can add your own logo to the items as part of our OEM/ODM service.
