What are your standard price terms?
Our standard terms are FOB for full containers, CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), and EXW price for LCL shipments.
What is your typical payment schedule?
Generally, we require a T/T 30% deposit, with the remaining balance to be settled via T/T prior to shipment.
Can you manufacture products based on custom designs?
Absolutely. We welcome custom designs or samples. Our team will calculate the cost and unit price for you as quickly as possible.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we offer free samples. However, please note that for the first cooperation, the freight costs should be covered by the customer.
How are the products typically packed for export?
We use professional export-grade packaging tailored to different products and sizes. We can also accommodate specific packaging requirements from our customers.
